The Consultation is designed with those new and old to shadow work in mind. 45 minutes dedicated to answering one major question - "What is shadow work and why do I need to do it?" This consultation gives you the opportunity to see if we are a good fit to work together, while explaining more indepth methods of shadow work largely unspoken online.
